Returns & refunds

Unused glass can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Check the pack when the parcel arrives. A protector that arrived chipped, cracked, or cut wrong is replaced — send a photograph on WhatsApp or by email as soon as you find it and we ship the replacement. You do not need to send the damaged sheet back.

What is covered

Damage in transit, a manufacturing fault in the glass or the adhesive, and a protector that does not match the model on the order. A sheet you broke while fitting it is not a fault, but it is also the reason we sell packs — the next one is already in the box.

Refunds rather than replacements

If we cannot cut the model you ordered, or a replacement cannot reach you, we refund instead. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and typically clear within five working days.

If the order isn't received

This covers a parcel refused at the door, returned undelivered, or otherwise never reaching you — not a change of mind, which is a cancellation instead. On a prepaid order we deduct the shipping cost and refund the rest to your original payment method. On a Partial COD order — ₹250 paid online at checkout as a booking fee, the balance in cash on delivery, and no surcharge for paying that way — a minimum of ₹250 is deducted from what you've paid and the rest, if any, is refunded. You are told the refund terms before you confirm payment, and asked to tick a box confirming it.

7-day returns on unused glass

Unused glass can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the goods — sheets still sealed, not peeled or fitted. Tell us before you send it so the courier pickup is arranged on our account rather than yours; the refund goes to your original payment method once the pack reaches us.

Glass that has been peeled or fitted can't be returned, but a sheet that arrived faulty is still replaced as described above.

The phone is not included

You receive tempered glass only. The phones in our photos show which model a protector is cut for; no handset comes in the pack.
