Privacy
This is a plain-English summary, not the final legal document. The full privacy notice is with counsel. What is written below describes the data the site actually handles today; if the two ever disagree, the published legal notice governs.
What we collect
To take an order we need a phone number, a delivery name and address, and a pincode. The phone number is what the tracking link is texted to. Guest checkout is the default, so nothing is kept as an account unless you ask us to save the address after paying.
Who else sees it
Payments are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store a card number. The delivery name, address and phone number go to the courier carrying the parcel, because that is what a delivery is. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to an advertising network.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires them. A saved address is kept until you remove it. Email us and we will delete what is not legally required to be retained.
